Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Hospital PRO / Marketing Executive to promote hospital services, build strong relationships with referral doctors, and increase patient referrals. The candidate will be responsible for doctor visits, marketing activities, and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit referral doctors, clinics, and healthcare centres regularly.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, and facilities to doctors and potential referral partners.
- Develop and maintain strong skilled relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new referral opportunities and expand the hospital's referral network.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient referrals and follow-ups.




- Conduct marketing activities to improve hospital visibility and patient reach.
- Maintain visit reports, referral records, and marketing activity reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Marketing or Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Experience in hospital marketing and doctor relationship management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for doctor visits and marketing activities.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare network is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
