Job Description: Air Import Customer Service

Coordinate and monitor air import shipments from origin to final delivery.

Communicate with overseas agents, airlines, customs brokers, and customers regarding shipment status.

Handle pre-alerts, arrival notices, and shipment documentation.

Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.

Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and operational issues.

Coordinate customs clearance and delivery arrangements.

Ensure compliance with airline, customs, and company regulations.

Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

Pricing & Rate Management

Obtain and negotiate freight rates with airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents.

Prepare competitive air freight quotations for customers and sales teams.

Analyse market trends and carrier pricing to maintain competitive rates.

Maintain and update pricing databases and rate sheets.

Calculate freight costs, surcharges, and profitability.

Support tender submissions and RFQ requests.

Coordinate with carriers to secure space and special rates when required.





Monitor rate validity and communicate changes to customers and internal teams.

Custom Clearance (Mumbai)
Job Description:

Handle import customs clearance documentation and procedures.Prepare and bills of entry, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documents.Coordinate with customs brokers, customs authorities, port officials, airlines, shipping lines, and transporters.Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and trade documentation requirements.Coordinate with customers to obtain missing documents and resolve clearance issues.Track duty payments, examination requirements, and shipment release status.Maintain accurate shipment records and update customers and internal teams regularly.Resolve documentation discrepancies and operational delays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
