Job Summary
Wellcaza Group Hospitality is recruiting Waiters / Food & Beverage Service Staff for its upcoming Italian restaurant in Kochi.
Candidates with previous experience working in Italian restaurants or other quality dining establishments will be preferred. Candidates familiar with Italian menu items, table service and guest handling will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, courteous service.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, specials and available options.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and promptly.
- Maintain table cleanliness, restaurant presentation and service hygiene.
- Assist with table setup, billing coordination and guest requests.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.
- Support smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
Eligibility and Experience
- Previous experience as a waiter or food service professional preferred.
- Experience in an Italian restaurant or an established dining outlet is a strong advantage.
- Good communication, grooming and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of food service etiquette and menu presentation.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
- Candidates from North India with relevant Italian restaurant experience are particularly encouraged to apply. All suitably qualified candidates are welcome.
