ETPL (Ekta Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd.) is a trusted infrastructure solutions provider delivering end-to-end services across EV Charging Infrastructure, Telecom Infrastructure, Turnkey Projects, and Research & Consulting.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Power Infrastructure Coordinator to manage power-related activities for EV charging infrastructure projects, coordinate with DISCOMs and electricity departments, facilitate power connections, and ensure timely completion of power infrastructure requirements across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate power infrastructure activities for EV charging stations, from application submission to power connection and energization.
- Liaise with DISCOM officials, electricity departments, and relevant authorities for power connection approvals and related activities.
- Manage follow-ups for new electricity connections, load enhancement, meter installation, transformer requirements, and other power-related approvals.
- Track power applications, demand notes, estimates, approvals, and payment requirements across project locations.
- Coordinate site surveys to assess power availability, sanctioned load, transformer capacity, and electrical infrastructure requirements.
- Work closely with site teams to identify power feasibility, cable routing, transformer placement,



and other electrical requirements.
- Monitor the installation and commissioning of transformers, electrical panels, cabling, earthing systems, and associated infrastructure.
- Identify delays, technical challenges, and approval-related issues and drive timely resolution.
- Maintain site-wise power connection trackers, application records, approval documents, and progress reports.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, power status dashboards, and management updates.
- Conduct site visits across India to coordinate with DISCOMs, inspect site conditions, and resolve power infrastructure issues.
- Support testing, inspection, energization, and final handover of power infrastructure at project sites.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Power Infrastructure, Electrical Projects, DISCOM Coordination, EPC, or related industries.
- Experience in EV charging infrastructure, power connections, transformer installation, and electrical infrastructure will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
- Practical knowledge of DISCOM procedures, power connection applications, load sanctioning, and electricity approvals.
- Understanding of transformers,



HT/LT systems, electrical panels, cabling, earthing, and power distribution.
- Experience coordinating with electricity boards, government departments, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to understand electrical drawings, load requirements, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Solid coordination, follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and project tracking tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders across different states.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for site visits and power-related coordination.
