- Visit local dealers, suppliers and markets to collect at least 3 quotations for each requirement.
- Handle small, urgent cash purchases for sites (hardware, consumables, tools) and submit bills the same day
- Arrange transport / loading for local pickups when needed.
- Update indent and PO status in the system the same day
- Submit a daily field report: vendors visited, quotes taken, orders followed up, deliveries confirmed
