Job Description – Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 10+ Years

Project Experience: Apartments & Villas

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in residential construction
- Strong experience in apartment and villa projects is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end execution of apartment and villa projects
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors and vendors
- Monitor project progress, quality, manpower and material requirements
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Handle contractor and subcontractor coordination
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Review BOQs, measurements, material requirements and work estimates




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
- Ensure proper safety practices at the project site
- Coordinate with procurement and other internal teams
- Manage multiple site teams where required
- Take responsibility from project commencement through finishing and handover

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of hands-on residential construction experience
- Solid exposure to apartments, villas and premium residential projects
- Experience in handling complete project execution independently
- Good contractor and labour management skills
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and quality standards
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Candidates currently based in Coimbatore preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
