Job Summary

Fillip Technology is looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content promotion, and website performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, generating quality leads, increasing website traffic, and supporting the company's overall digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Manage and improve website visibility through on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, campaign performance, and conversions using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Manage social media marketing activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to create engaging digital marketing content, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market trend analysis.
- Support lead generation activities through paid campaigns, organic marketing, landing pages, and email marketing.
- Track campaign budgets, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.




- Identify opportunities to improve website engagement, search rankings, brand awareness, and lead quality.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, advertising policies, and emerging tools.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to align marketing campaigns with lead generation and business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and digital campaign management.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, website optimization, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and content scheduling platforms.
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, landing page optimization, and campaign analytics.
- Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong written communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
