We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee site execution activities for a high-rise building construction project. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction progress, coordinating with site teams, and maintaining quality standards as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities on a high-rise building project.
- Oversee RCC works, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and structural activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings and coordinate the resolution of site-related issues.
- Monitor masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and other finishing activities.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality checks and concrete testing.
- Monitor construction materials,
consumption, and site requirements.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and construction documentation.
- Track project progress against planned schedules and report delays to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable quality standards.
- Coordinate with the project manager and other departments to support timely project completion.
Required Skills
- Practical experience in high-rise building construction.
- Knowledge of RCC execution, structural drawings, and finishing works.
- Understanding of construction quality control and site documentation.
- Strong site supervision and contractor coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
