Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to assist customers with service-related enquiries, provide accurate information, and support a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer calls and service-related enquiries.
- Assist customers with prepaid and postpaid service queries.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
- Help resolve basic service issues by following established procedures.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the relevant system.
- Follow process guidelines and customer-service quality standards.
- Refer complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.




- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer queries and explain solutions clearly.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
- Willingness to work from the office in Bengaluru.
- Availability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Salary and Compensation

- Monthly CTC: ₹25,000–₹28,000.
- The salary structure, applicable deductions, and other compensation details will be explained during the recruitment process.

Work Schedule

The position involves rotational shifts covering a 24/7 operation. Shift timings, working days, and weekly offs will be communicated during recruitment.
