Principal Responsibilities

A senior, hands-on role for someone who can bring in business and also produce the material that wins it. You will own client acquisition and relationships, and run marketing using AI tools. There is no separate marketing team.

What you will do

- Build and grow a pipeline across four segments: HNI and retail broking, prop/algo/API traders, institutional clients (AMCs, PMS, family offices) and GIFT City IFSC clients.
- Pitch, onboard and grow accounts, working with dealing, operations, compliance and technology.
- Create client pitches, decks, proposals, email campaigns and social media content yourself, using AI tools and the firm's data.
- Plan and run a steady marketing calendar across LinkedIn and WhatsApp, keeping all material within exchange and SEBI advertisement norms with compliance sign-off.
- Track the pipeline, revenue and conversion, and report weekly to management.

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of full time business development or sales experience.
- At least 2 years full-time at a stock broker, prop trading firm, AMC/PMS or wealth firm.



This must be clear on your résumé.
- An existing network or a track record in at least one of the four segments above.
- Daily, hands-on use of AI tools (for example, Claude or ChatGPT) to research, write and design. You will be asked to show this in the interview.
- Strong written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to senior clients.
- NISM certifications (Series VIII and others) preferred.
- Able to work full-time from our Goregaon West, Mumbai office.
