Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Online Bidder to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and acquire projects through online freelancing platforms and bidding portals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of IT and digital services, and the ability to convert project enquiries into business opportunities.

The role involves researching potential clients, preparing customized proposals, managing client communication, following up on bids, and coordinating with internal teams to support business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other online portals.
- Research client requirements and prepare professional, customized proposals.
- Generate leads for website development, digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and other IT services.
- Communicate with prospective clients through email, chat, and online meetings.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate project requirements, pricing, and timelines.
- Maintain records of bids, client interactions, follow-ups, and project opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to prepare accurate project quotations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve project conversion rates.
- Monitor bidding performance, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.




- Work toward lead generation, project acquisition, and revenue targets.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in online bidding, business development, lead generation, or IT sales is preferred. Experience with freelancing platforms and selling IT or digital marketing services will be an added advantage.
