Location: Multiple Locations across Delhi (CM Shri School)

(Narela, Sec-18 and 21 Rohini, Kohat Enclave, Surajmal Vihar, Khichripur, Nand Nagri, Raj Niwas Marg, Civil Lines, Kishanganj, Kalkaji, Madanpur Khadar, Hari Nagar, Possangipur Janakpuri, Dwarka sec-5,6,10,19,22)

Employment Type: Internship

Duration: 3 Months

Experience: Freshers are Welcome

Stipend: Rs 2000 per month as Travel Allowance

Working Hours: 8:30 to 2:30 (School timings)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Opportunity of Full-Time conversion after completion of internship based on performance.

Beyond Mentor is looking for passionate School Career Counselling Interns to work at Delhi Government CM Shri Schools. Candidates having completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology are welcome to apply. Job Description

- Conduct individual and group career counselling sessions to understand students' needs, interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Guide students on academic streams, subject choices, and career pathways, including relevant higher education and career opportunities.
- Conduct career awareness workshops and interactive sessions to introduce students to diverse career options, courses, entrance pathways, and emerging opportunities.




- Maintain counselling records and coordinate with school staff to ensure effective planning, implementation, and follow-up of career counselling activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, with an interest in career counselling and working with students.
- Good Knowledge of Psychometric assessments that are done on students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with students.
- Ability to work independently and manage counselling sessions effectively, while maintaining professionalism and ensuring a student-focused approach.
