Job Summary:

GNH India is looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with a pharmaceutical educational background and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development. Our company specializes in rare disease and oncology medicines, and we are seeking a skilled who can identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, generate leads, and drive sales growth in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical clients, distributors, and healthcare organizations.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and order processing.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and business development records.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development.
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or a relevant pharmaceutical qualification.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.
- Experience in oncology, rare disease, or specialty medicines will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; CRM knowledge is preferred.
