We're a B2B manufacturing-as-a-service startup, and quality is where we win or lose. This is a shop-floor, hardware QA role, not software testing.
You're our person if you:✅ Have a mechanical engineering or manufacturing background✅ Have 4-5 years in manufacturing quality (machining, fabrication, sheet metal, castings, etc.)✅ Are hands-on with measuring tools: vernier, micrometer, CMM, height gauge✅ Can read engineering drawings and GD&T;✅ Take real ownership and don't wait to be chased✅ Speak Kannada and English fluently, for working with vendors and shop-floor teams
What you'll own: Incoming, in-process, and final part inspection
Vendor quality audits and inspection standards
Root-cause analysis and CAPA when something goes wrong
