Position: Accountant

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounting transactions, preparing reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the finance department in day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and accounting records accurately.
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, etc.).
- Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and government authorities when required.




- Verify and process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Support payroll processing and salary accounting entries.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally Prime, ERP software, and accounting principles.
