- Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day construction activities to make sure work aligns with design intent, structural drawings, and safety protocols. [1, 2]
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular material testing, quality checks, and enforce compliance with IS codes and standard regulations. [1]
- Coordination: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams, and contractors. [1]
- Resource & Material Management: Oversee labor productivity, track inventory, and liaise with procurement teams for timely material delivery. [1]
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, labor logs, material reconciliation sheets, and site inspection records. [1]
