Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Center Manager to manage the overall operations of our Animal Welfare Hospital, including staff, hospital administration, client relations, inventory, finance, and P&L; management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily hospital operations, OPD, inpatient care, diagnostics, and emergency services.
- Lead and manage veterinarians, technicians, administrative, and support staff.
- Prepare staff rosters and ensure smooth workforce management.
- Manage inventory,



equipment, medicines, billing, and patient records.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor expenses, budgeting, collections, and P&L; targets.
- Identify operational improvement and growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, cleanliness, and service standards.

Requirements

- Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration, Veterinary Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 8–10+ years of Hospital / Healthcare Management experience.
- Veterinary / Animal Care experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of P&L;, budgeting, inventory, billing, and team management.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and hospital management systems.
- English and Hindi required; Marathi preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, weekends, and emergencies when required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
