Job Description
We are looking for a smart and experienced Cab Booking Executive to manage online cab booking enquiries, handle customer leads, provide taxi fare quotations, and coordinate bookings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle online cab booking leads and customer enquiries.
- Respond to customers through Website, App, phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate taxi fare quotations based on distance, vehicle type, and trip requirements.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with drivers and customers for smooth trip operations.
- Maintain booking records and follow up with potential customers.
Requirements
- Good computer knowledge and basic MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of taxi fares, cab rental rates, and pricing calculations is essential.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and enquiries.
- Previous experience in cab booking, travel agencies, or taxi operations will be an advantage.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (based on experience and skills)
