Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Guest Service Associate (F&B;) to provide excellent food and beverage service, maintain hotel service standards, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.

2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.

3. Ensure proper table setup, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, and linen.

4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.

5. Follow hotel SOPs and food safety standards.

6. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.

7. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and report concerns to the supervisor.

8. Clear and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals.

9. Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.

10. Maintain proper grooming,



personal hygiene, and uniform standards.

11. Handle service equipment carefully and report any damage or maintenance issues.

12. Maintain a positive attitude and coordinate effectively with team members.

13. Follow hotel policies, departmental procedures, and instructions from the reporting manager.

Skills and Qualifications

* 3–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel.

* Good communication and guest-handling skills.

* Knowledge of restaurant service standards and hotel SOPs.

* Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

* Qualified grooming and a guest-focused attitude.

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: ₹12,000–₹14,000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
