Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, confident, highly organised and proactive Business Operations Executive to work closely with the Managing Director and support business operations across multiple companies and business verticals.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong business understanding, problem-solving abilities and a professional personality.

This role is suitable for ambitious MBA graduates and professionals looking to build their careers in business management, operations, strategic planning and corporate administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Managing Director in coordinating daily business operations across multiple companies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, department heads, clients, vendors and business associates.
- Monitor ongoing projects, assigned tasks, operational activities and deadlines.
- Organise business meetings, prepare agendas, maintain meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, proposals, MIS reports and other management documents.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and business feasibility studies.
- Assist in business development, operational planning and new business initiatives.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, service providers and business partners.
- Attend client meetings, business visits and site inspections whenever required.
- Track management instructions and ensure proper execution of assigned responsibilities.
- Identify operational challenges and suggest practical solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and management discussions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- MBA in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Marketing or Finance preferred.
- Fresh MBA graduates with excellent skills and strong business aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, presentable and professional personality.
- Solid organisational,



analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and business documentation.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with people at different management levels.
- Self-motivated, responsible, quick learner and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of AI tools and digital productivity software will be an added advantage.

Travel Requirements

- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel locally within Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby areas for official work.
- Occasional outstation business travel may be required.
- All approved official travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
