Vaayutrip is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Team Lead with mandatory DMC experience to lead the sales team, achieve business targets, and develop strong relationships with travel agents.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the sales team and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage B2B travel agent enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Develop current business and generate repeat bookings.
- Promote land packages, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, tours, and visa services.
- Monitor team performance, maintain CRM records, and submit sales reports.
- Coordinate with Operations and Product & Contracting teams.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Mandatory DMC experience.
- Strong knowledge of Europe and South Asian destinations.
- Experience in B2B travel sales and team management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
