Kwatra Precision Cancer Institute & Research Centre (KPCIRC) specialises in precision oncology, genetic testing and advanced molecular diagnostics, including Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS).

We are hiring Medical Representatives / Medical Sales Executives to expand our genetic testing business through doctor engagement, hospital partnerships and healthcare referral networks across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to oncologists, pathologists, physicians, gynaecologists and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Promote KPCIRC's genetic and molecular diagnostic tests, including Liquid Biopsy, Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) and Hereditary Cancer Testing.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and diagnostic partners.
- Generate test enquiries and drive business through a B2B2C healthcare sales model.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing doctor referral network.
- Coordinate with internal teams for test bookings, sample collection, reporting and customer support.
- Organise and support CMEs, scientific meetings, workshops and product awareness activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, leads, conversions and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

- 1–5 years of experience in Medical Representative, Diagnostic Sales,



Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Business Development roles.
- Prior experience in genetic testing, molecular diagnostics, oncology or pathology sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with an established network of doctors and healthcare professionals in Delhi NCR will have an advantage.

Education:

- B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related disciplines.
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent relevant qualifications.

Skills:

- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain diagnostic products and their clinical applications to healthcare professionals.
- Target-oriented approach with robust business development capabilities.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and territory management.
- Basic knowledge of CRM reporting and sales tracking.
