We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our products/services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and patience
- Ability to work under targets
