- Section Management: Oversees daily operations, food preparation, and cooking specifically for Chinese cuisine (e.g., wok work, stir-fries, dim sum, sauces).
- Quality & Consistency: Maintains recipe standards, portion control, presentation, and taste consistency for every dish leaving the station.
- Staff Supervision: Directs, trains, and supports junior cooks, commis chefs, and kitchen helpers assigned to the Chinese section.
- Mise en Place & Inventory: Prepares ingredients ahead of service times and tracks stock levels, requisitions, and food safety/hygiene compliance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
