About Zorba Estates
Zorba Estates helps clients find suitable residential and commercial properties for rent and sale. We are looking for active and motivated Field Executives to identify available properties in assigned areas and share the details with our internal team.
Job Responsibilities
- Search for residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale in assigned areas.
- Visit different locations to identify available properties and connect with property owners.
- Collect basic property details, including location, price, size, and owner contact information.
- Take clear photographs of the properties and share them with the internal team.
- Share accurate property locations and collected information with the team.
- Coordinate with property owners to verify availability and gather necessary details.
- Regularly update the team about newly identified properties and their status.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to travel within assigned areas of Bengaluru.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
- Kannada communication skills are an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- Travel allowance provided by the company.
- Performance-based incentives will be added to the fixed salary.
