We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, following up with potential clients, and generating quality leads. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain our services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Salary: Performance based income + Attractive performance incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,016.79 per month
