Role:
- Counsel students regarding courses, career paths, and training programs.
- Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain lead records and coordinate with the training team.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Education Sales/Counselling preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
