We are looking for an experienced Head Chef & Trainer to lead kitchen operations and provide practical training to newly joined chefs, kitchen helpers, and outlet staff across our QSR, restaurant, and hotel outlets.

- Provide practical, on-the-job training to newly joined chefs, kitchen helpers, and outlet staff.
- Train employees in food preparation, cooking techniques, equipment handling, and kitchen workflow.
- Conduct induction, skill development, and refresher training at outlets.
- Develop training modules, recipe manuals, SOPs, and practical assessment checklists.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust knowledge of QSR, restaurant, and hotel kitchen operations.
- Expertise in food preparation, menu standardization, recipe development, and kitchen management.
- Experience: 5–8 YearsQualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
