Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Sales & Support professionals for an Order Management role in Uppal, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or order management and be comfortable working night shifts from the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, order status, and order processing.
- Enter, update, and maintain customer order information in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Follow established processes to ensure accurate and timely order execution.
- Maintain records and documentation of customer interactions and orders.




- Provide timely updates and qualified customer service.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Order Management, Order Processing, or Sales Support.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with business systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the Uppal, Hyderabad office.
- Comfortable working on a 6-month contractual assignment.
