About the Role
NRC Group of Industries is looking for a result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive B2B business development, expand our industrial customer base, and lead field sales activities in the manufacturing and fabrication sector.
Have an existing field sales team? We are open to hiring a capable Marketing Manager along with their experienced sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers and expand market reach.
- Lead, manage, and motivate field sales personnel.
- Generate industrial enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new markets.
- Monitor sales targets, customer follow-ups, and team performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
- Report sales performance and business development progress to Management.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, industrial marketing, or business development.
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, or related industries preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to develop new markets and achieve sales targets.
- Experience managing a field sales team is an advantage.
