We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager who can manage the complete customer journey for interior projects, from initial onboarding through design, production, execution and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the interior project lifecycle.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, project/site teams, production and vendors.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide updates on design approvals, materials, production and site progress.
- Track project timelines and ensure client commitments and deliverables are followed up internally.
- Coordinate material/finish selections, design approvals and change requests with relevant teams.
- Handle client concerns, escalations and service issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of client requirements, approvals, revisions and communication.
- Coordinate final handover, snag resolution and post-handover customer support.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive overall customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM/Customer Relationship experience in an interior design, modular interiors or interior fit-out company is mandatory.
- Good understanding of the interior project lifecycle from design to execution and handover.
- Robust client handling, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate simultaneously with multiple internal teams and clients.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel and documentation preferred.
