We are seeking a professional who can guide students toward the right international education opportunities, provide strategic course and career counselling, explain student visa requirements, and convert prospective enquiries into successful admissions and visa applications.

Our services cover major international study destinations, including Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Student Career & Education Counselling

- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, suitable courses, colleges, universities, and career prospects.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, English proficiency, financial circumstances, career objectives, and eligibility to recommend appropriate study options.
- Provide accurate information on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, course duration, intakes, and institutional selection criteria.
- Explain the differences between education systems, qualifications, and career opportunities across international destinations.
- Develop personalized study plans that align with students' academic profiles, career goals, and budgets.

2. Student Visa & Immigration Guidance

- Maintain working knowledge of student visa requirements, application procedures, documentation, financial requirements, and country-specific visa rules.
- Understand relevant post-study work opportunities and available immigration pathways, explaining eligibility and limitations accurately.
- Identify potential concerns in student profiles and guide clients on documentation and application preparation.
- Coordinate with senior immigration professionals for complex cases, regulatory updates, and destination-specific requirements.
- Stay updated on changes to admission policies, visa regulations, and international education trends.

3. Sales, Client Conversion & Business Development

- Handle incoming enquiries, follow up with prospective students,



and convert qualified leads into counselling appointments, admissions, and visa application clients.
- Build trust with students and parents through professional communication, timely follow-ups, and transparent guidance.
- Achieve individual and team targets for counselling, student enrolments, admissions, and client conversions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, prospective students, educational institutions, and referral partners.
- Identify opportunities to generate referrals and contribute to the company's business growth.

4. Application Processing & Documentation

- Assist students with university and college applications, offer letters, admission documentation, and application tracking.
- Review student documents for completeness, consistency, and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, students, parents, and relevant stakeholders to obtain required information and resolve application issues.
- Assist in preparing student visa application files, supporting documents, statements of purpose, and document checklists, as appropriate to the role and authorization.
- Ensure applications are processed accurately and within the relevant deadlines.

5. Client Management, MIS & Administration

- Maintain accurate client records, lead databases, counselling notes, follow-up schedules, and application status reports.
- Update the company's MIS/CRM system at every stage of the student journey, from the initial enquiry through admission and visa decision.
- Send professional emails, communicate application updates, and ensure timely responses to client queries.
- Maintain organized records of applications, payments, pending documents, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
- Provide regular reports on leads, conversions, pending cases, and performance against targets.

6. Marketing & Promotional Activities

- Assist with student seminars, education fairs, university events, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
- Support social media marketing, educational content creation, short videos, reels, and student engagement activities.
- Contribute ideas to generate new leads, improve brand visibility, and expand the company's student counselling business.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective follow-up and conversion of digital and offline enquiries.

Skills & Qualifications Required

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and counselling skills.
- Strong command of English, with proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati preferred.
- Ability to understand students' needs and recommend suitable courses and international study destinations.




- Basic working knowledge of student visa procedures, overseas admissions, documentation, and immigration requirements.
- Strong sales, persuasion, follow-up, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Good organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and CRM/MIS systems.
- A professional attitude, positive mindset, willingness to learn, and commitment to ethical client service.

Experience & Preferred Background

- Two or more years of experience in student visa counselling, overseas education, immigration consultancy, or international admissions will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in education consultancy, sales, business development, customer relationship management, or digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of multiple study destinations and their admission and visa processes will be highly valued.
- Candidates with a proven record of student enrolments, client conversions, or sales target achievement will have an added advantage.
- Graduates with excellent communication skills, a robust learning attitude, and a genuine interest in international education may also be considered.
