INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION

WeIntern Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Interns who are interested in data analysis, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

This internship provides candidates with an opportunity to develop practical data analytics skills by working on datasets, preparing reports, identifying trends, and generating meaningful insights. Candidates will gain exposure to industry-relevant tools and analytical techniques while working on assigned projects under appropriate guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze datasets from various sources.
- Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to process data and prepare reports.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights.
- Write basic SQL queries to retrieve, filter, and analyze data from databases.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Use Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for data analysis, where required.
- Identify data inconsistencies, missing values, and potential quality issues.
- Prepare charts, summaries, and reports to communicate analytical findings.
- Support business reporting and data-driven decision-making through meaningful insights.
- Document analysis processes and collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of data analysis concepts and basic statistics.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and database fundamentals is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.




- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to interpret numerical information.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Students and recent graduates pursuing B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc., M.Sc., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines may apply.
- Freshers with an interest in data analytics are welcome.
- Candidates should be willing to learn practical data analysis techniques and work on assigned tasks.
- Academic projects, analytical case studies, Excel reports, dashboards, or GitHub portfolios will be an added advantage.
- Prior qualified experience is not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
