Position Details

Location: Hyderabad preferred; candidates across India considered

Working arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days per week from office

Working hours: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM IST

Role Overview

Design and deliver enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and AWS AgentCore, including intelligent agents, knowledge bases, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration, secure integrations and scalable cloud architecture.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on design and implementation of agentic AI solutions on AWS, including intelligent agent development.

- Amazon Bedrock: foundation models, Agents, Guardrails and Knowledge Bases.

- AWS AgentCore: agent orchestration, planning, memory and tool integrations.

- Enterprise RAG applications, vector databases, LLM architecture, prompt engineering and agent workflows.

- Integration of Bedrock Agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems and business applications.

- Cloud-native AI solution architecture with security, scalability, cost optimization and responsible AI governance.

- AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, ECS/EKS, IAM and Step Functions.

- Ability to lead technical assessments, translate business needs into AI solutions and communicate with stakeholders.

- Mandatory:



valid AWS certification (Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, Machine Learning Specialty or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, implement and optimize agentic AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and AWS AgentCore.

- Build knowledge-base-driven RAG solutions with vector search and enterprise data sources.

- Design multi-step agent workflows, tool calling, memory and integrations with enterprise applications.

- Establish secure, scalable and cost-effective AWS AI architectures, applying guardrails and governance.

- Conduct solution assessments, architecture discussions and provide implementation guidance.

- Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders; troubleshoot and improve production solutions.

Valuable-to-Have Skills

- Multi-agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel or AutoGen.

- Vector databases: Amazon OpenSearch, Pinecone or Weaviate; model evaluation and observability.

- LLM fine-tuning, model customization, prompt optimization and MLOps/CI/CD.

- Structured and unstructured data integration, data engineering and AI deployment.

- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, CX conversational AI or modernization programs.

- Experience leading workshops and mentoring engineering teams.
