About job

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing activities for our wellness retreat. The candidate will coordinate digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, promotional materials, and marketing partnerships to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote wellness retreats, accommodation, yoga, spa, and wellness programs.
- Manage social media content, promotional activities, and marketing calendars.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators.
- Assist in website updates, email marketing, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Support lead generation and coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, wellness influencers, and marketing partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer enquiries,



and marketing expenses.
- Prepare marketing reports and maintain records of campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
- Manage Performance marketing and search engine marketing

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination; hospitality, tourism, resort, or wellness industry experience is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and marketing tools.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
