Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team.

Position Overview:
The Accountant will be responsible for various accounting and financial functions, key ones are mentioned below. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Tally, Google
Sheets /Excel and will contribute to the overall efficiency of the financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Orders and Payment Reconciliation:
● Reconcile daily sales and payment transactions from multiple platforms.
● Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents.

2. Basic Bookkeeping:
● Maintain accurate financial records in Tally and Excel/Google Sheets.
● Perform account payables and account receivables functions.
● Inventory management functions.
● Petty cash management.
● Maintain a register for outward and inward invoices.

3. Compliance and Reports
● Work with an external CA firm,



to prepare and submit GST, TDS, PF & ESI filings to regulatory agencies in a time bound manner.
● Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
● Assist in external audits. And conduct internal audits and reviews when needed.

Required Skills:
● Proficiency in Tally ERP.
● Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel.
● Clear understanding of maths (Ratios, Percentage etc)
● Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
● Punctuality and robust time management skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filing.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
● Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- Accounting: 2 years (Required)
- Tally: 1 year (Required)
