SkinLab by Dr. Jamuna Pai is one of India's best-known medical aesthetics brands. Dr. Pai is a pioneer of aesthetic medicine with a celebrity client base. RKP Healthcare runs the SkinLab clinics in Siliguri and on Park Street, Kolkata. We offer laser hair reduction, medi-facials, peels, anti-ageing treatments, HIFU and IV drip therapy, all led by doctors.

We are building our first in-house marketing team, and this is the role that leads it.

The role

You will own marketing for both clinics, with one clear goal: more new patients who pay, at a cost per patient we can sustain. You will lead a small team, manage our digital agency and PR partners, and report directly to the Director.

What you'll do

- Plan and run the marketing calendar for both clinics: festive campaigns, wedding season, Park Street Christmas, and monthly offers.
- Own paid ads on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and Google with our agency. Set budgets, approve creatives, and track cost per lead and cost per paying patient every week.
- Lead and coach the Digital Marketing Executive and the Content Manager.
- Run influencer and celebrity work with our PR partner, including Kolkata creators and Tollywood personalities, with unique codes so every booking can be traced.
- Plan PR, events, print, hoardings and local partnerships with hotels, corporates, makeup artists, wedding planners and clubs.
- Work with the sales and clinic teams so every enquiry is answered fast, followed up, and converted.
- Grow Google reviews, manage our online reputation, and keep our Google Business Profiles and websites up to date.
- Send the Director a short weekly report on leads, bookings, paying patients, spend and cost per patient, plus a monthly plan with budget requests.
- Make sure all content meets ASCI and medical advertising rules: no unproven claims,



and proper influencer disclosures.

What we're looking for

- 4–7 years in marketing, with proven results from performance campaigns (Meta and Google) where you were responsible for leads and revenue.
- Experience with clinics, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, hospitality or premium consumer brands.
- Comfortable with numbers: CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROI. Can read an ads dashboard and a CRM report.
- Experience managing agencies, influencers and a small team.
- Fluent in Bengali and English, with working Hindi. You can judge Bengali content and copy.
- Good taste in visual content for a premium brand.
- Willing to travel to Kolkata regularly.
- Graduate required; MBA or degree in marketing or mass communication preferred.

Good to have

- Contacts among Kolkata influencers, Tollywood, media or event agencies.
- Experience with CRM or clinic software such as TeleCRM, Zenoti, or WhatsApp Business tools.
- Experience launching a new outlet or brand in a city.
