ob Summary

We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic Aesthetic & Health Counsellors to understand client concerns, explain available aesthetic and wellness services, coordinate doctor consultations, and guide clients through their treatment journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, a patient-first approach, and the ability to build trust while supporting clinic business targets ethically.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients’ concerns related to skin, hair, slimming, and overall wellness.
- Conduct initial client counselling and collect relevant medical and lifestyle history for review by the doctor.
- Explain available clinic services, treatment procedures, pricing, and treatment schedules.
- Coordinate doctor consultations and ensure treatment recommendations are explained clearly to clients.
- Counsel clients on doctor-recommended treatment plans and the importance of follow-up visits.
- Address client queries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Follow up with prospective clients and existing patients to support appointments and treatment continuity.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nurses, dietitians, and centre managers for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records, counselling notes, appointments, and follow-up details.
- Support monthly consultation, conversion, and revenue targets through ethical counselling.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies, hygiene standards, and applicable regulations.
- Avoid making guaranteed-result claims or providing medical advice beyond the scope of the role.

Eligibility Criteria





Educational Qualification — Any one of the following:

- BDS – Bachelor of Dental Surgery
- BAMS – Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
- BHMS – Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery
- BUMS – Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery

Candidates must have a recognized qualification and applicable registration, where required.

Experience:

- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic clinics, slimming centres, hospitals, or wellness clinics will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
