Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end HR operations, workforce planning, compliance, and managing
HR functions across multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment & manpower planning for site and office roles
- Handle bulk hiring for construction labor, supervisors, engineers
- Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, contracts)
- Oversee payroll coordination and attendance systems
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement programs.
- Handle vendor coordination and contractor workforce management
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Experience: 5–10 years (Non-IT / Construction preferred)
- Robust knowledge of labor laws & compliance
- Experience in multi-location/site HR handling
- Leadership & team management skills.
