Job Description

UrjaCone Energy Private Limited is hiring an experienced Assistant Sales Manager specializing in Solar Rooftop Systems and Solar Water Heaters (Solar Geysers). The candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills, along with basic technical knowledge of solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, and increase solar product sales.

· Present company-provided quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.

· Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

· Develop relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.

· Coordinate site visits, customer follow-ups, and installation activities.

· Identify new business opportunities and maintain sales records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience in solar rooftop and solar water heater sales.

· Basic knowledge of UPCL procedures, net metering, solar loan filing, and UREDA offices.

· Must be either an electrician OR have practical knowledge of solar installations.

· Robust communication, negotiation,



and field sales skills.

· Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience: 2–5 years in solar sales or a related industry.

· Education: Graduate / ITI / Diploma or relevant qualification.

· Language: Hindi required; basic English preferred.

· Familiarity with Uttarakhand’s solar market.

· Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

TA/DA: Fixed allowance.

Sales Targets: Monthly sales targets are mandatory.
