Key Responsibilities Financial & Accounting Duties

- Daily Bookkeeping: Record all financial transactions, including daily sales, operational expenses, and petty cash disbursements.
- Vendor Management: Verify vendor invoices and Delivery Challans (DCs). Process timely payments and reconcile accounts.
- Cost Control: Monitor food cost variations, track wastage reports, and highlight budget deviations to management.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices for corporate clients, catering events, or cloud kitchen outlets.
- Tax Compliance: Maintain records for local tax filings (such as GST, TDS, or local sales taxes) and coordinate with the main corporate accounting team

Administrative & Operations Support

- Email Support: Ability, accuracy and responsible for writing emails to the clients with qualified emails. resolves client queries, complaints and service related issues.
- Inventory Oversight:



Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to track daily raw material stock, perform physical audits, and report discrepancies.
- Staff Documentation: Manage kitchen staff attendance, leave records, and assist in processing monthly payroll.
- Facility Management: Oversee general office administration, including utility bills, internet connectivity, and coordinate maintenance for kitchen equipment.

Pay: ₹8,590.69 - ₹22,000.00 per month
