Job Overview – Sales Executive

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential customers, promoting Vertiv products such as UPS systems, Precision Air Conditioning (Precision AC), and data centre solutions, following up on customer enquiries, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

· Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.

· Promote Vertiv UPS systems, Precision AC, data centre solutions, batteries, and related electrical products.

· Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and direct visits.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

· Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into orders.

· Coordinate with the technical and service teams to address customer requirements.

Customer Relationship Management





· Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

· Conduct customer visits and product presentations when required.

· Maintain lead details, sales records, and customer follow-up reports.

· Follow up on pending enquiries and quotations to support sales conversion.

Required Skills

· Basic knowledge of electrical systems and electrical products.

· Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

· Willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.

Preferred Experience

· Freshers are welcome to apply.

· Interest in technical sales, UPS systems, Precision AC, data centre solutions, or electrical products is preferred.

· A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred for field sales activities.
