- Own branch revenue, P&L;, admissions, conversions, and learner experience while driving operational efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee the admission process, learner onboarding, and batch allocation to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor batch performance, attendance, engagement, academic outcomes, and learner satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the placement team to support learner placements and build solid alumni relationships for retention and referrals.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, compliance, infrastructure, and team performance while resolving learner and employee concerns.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
