Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect to develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate architectural models, producing construction documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with project BIM standards, design requirements, and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other discipline models.
- Perform model reviews, identify clashes, and support clash resolution using Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD) requirements, and project-specific standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers to resolve design and coordination issues.
- Manage model revisions, worksharing, linked models, and drawing updates.
- Maintain model accuracy, consistency, naming conventions, and data integrity.
- Support design development, design coordination, and construction-stage deliverables.
- Extract quantities, schedules, and model information as required.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate model-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of BIM workflows and quality control procedures.
- Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings in accordance with project milestones.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture,



preferably B.Arch.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and BIM modeling.
- Robust working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and architectural construction documentation.
- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Understanding of building construction, materials, architectural detailing, and design standards.
- Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans, LOD/LOI, model standards, and Common Data Environments (CDE).
- Ability to interpret architectural concepts, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Autodesk Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 for model sharing and collaboration.
- AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing.
- Dynamo for Revit automation and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM information management principles.
- Experience with IFC-based model exchange and openBIM workflows.
- Knowledge of Revit families, templates, parameters, and model auditing.

- Accuracy and quality of BIM models and construction drawings.
- Timely completion of project deliverables.
- Reduction in modeling errors and coordination clashes.
- Compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.
- Effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
