Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the EV hub and ensure smooth fleet functioning.
- Handle rider onboarding, documentation, vehicle allocation, and handover.
- Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, uptime, and daily deployment.
- Manage battery charging/swapping operations and ensure battery availability.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
- Track vehicle movement, returns, damages, and operational issues.
- Ensure riders follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Maintain hub inventory, vehicle records, battery records, and documentation.
- Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and hub-level operational targets.
- Resolve rider issues and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
- Prepare daily MIS reports covering fleet status, utilization, downtime,



and hub performance.
- Ensure hub cleanliness, safety, discipline, and efficient space utilization.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in fleet operations, automobile, EV, or hub management.
- Experience managing field teams, riders, or delivery partners preferred.
- Basic understanding of electric two-wheelers, batteries, and vehicle maintenance.
- Strong operational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and operational dashboards.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage rapid-paced ground operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
