Your work profile
- Deep AWM domain expertise across Asset Management, Wealth/Private Banking and the end-to-end investment lifecycle, with strong understanding of alternatives/private markets.
- Fund Services & Operate experience spanning regulatory reporting, investor services, corporate secretarial/governance and managed services.
- Client lifecycle transformation expertise covering onboarding, AML/KYC, client servicing and operational transformation within Wealth/Private Banking.
- AI & digital transformation orientation with experience applying GenAI/agentic AI to onboarding, servicing,
operations, regulatory reporting or sales/distribution.
- Robust consulting & proposition-building skills — able to translate industry/client problems into differentiated POVs, solutions and large transformation/Operate opportunities.
- Senior stakeholder & business development capability, ideally with experience working with global asset managers, private banks, wealth managers or leading global financial institutions.
- Experience across consulting and/or leading AWM institutions, with the maturity to independently originate, shape and lead strategic client engagements.
Key skills required:
- Desired qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience
- Effective challenge and independent risk oversight mindset
- High attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Stakeholder influencing and relationship management
- Ability to manage multiple validations under tight timelines
