Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. COA registration will be an add on. Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and presentations.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD & SketchUp) and basic MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail, valuable spatial and design sense and the ability to follow guidelines and feedback.
- Basic understanding of Project Management, including timelines, coordination with stakeholders and documentation support.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in a team and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Onsite experience will be an added advantage.
