Job Summary

Responsible for identifying business owners’ learning needs and recommending suitable learning programmes to enhance their business knowledge, leadership capabilities, and entrepreneurial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business owners’ learning goals and development needs.
- Recommend relevant learning programmes, workshops, and training solutions.
- Counsel prospective participants on programme benefits and outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and drive programme enrolments.
- Follow up with participants and maintain engagement throughout the learning journey.
- Coordinate with programme teams to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, enquiries, applications, conversions, and student interactions.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Good presentation, negotiation,



and problem-solving skills.
- Customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to meet targets while maintaining ethical counselling practices.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate:

A student-focused qualified with strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide students towards informed courses.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
