We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. Candidates with prior experience in hiring for IT roles will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition, IT Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Onboarding & Induction, Performance Management,Employee Relations.

- Prior experience in IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Experience hiring for technical and non-technical positions.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Familiarity with HR policies, employee documentation, and performance management.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with hiring managers and department heads.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
