Spirehub Softwares Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in sales and client interaction, and a willingness to learn business development strategies in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Communicate with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Maintain records of client interactions and business activities.
- Work towards achieving assigned business development targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, or any relevant graduate degree.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates interested in building a career in IT sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
